FAQs and Troubleshooting GCP Labs

  1. Please open your GCP Labs in incognito/private mode, or log out of your existing Google account before running your lab.

  2. Only one Lab can run at a time. If you have another Lab running, make sure to finish the lab by clicking on  button before starting another Lab.

  3. In case you do not have any lab running and a pop-up shows up 'No Slot Available', then try and refresh the page. If the error still exists then please contact us or mail us at support@whizlabs.com

  4. In case you are facing any errors while login into the console please end the labs and start the lab again.
  5. In case your account is blocked, please reach out to us or mail us at support@whizlabs.com. Your account might get blocked if you do not follow the lab instructions properly.

  6. In case while login into Google, if it asks for verification, please enter your mobile number and verify with OTP, Don't worry this Google Account will be deleted after your lab ends.
