This lab walks you through the steps to launch a Redis cluster using ElastiCache through AWS Management Console.
You will query basic commands on Redis cluster after SSHing that with EC2 instance.

ElastiCache is an in-memory data store, fully managed service by AWS.
Currently, it is compatible with Redis and Memcached, this lab is about using Redis only.
Some of the real-time use of Redis is Session store, caching, queuing.
Launching Lab Environment
Create a security group
Create a Redis Cluster
Launching an EC2 Instance
Copy the ElastiCache Endpoint
SSH into EC2 Instance
Install the required package and connect to the ElastiCache cluster
Test the ElastiCache cluster by running sample commands
Validation of the lab
Deleting AWS resources
